YOUTH GROUP
Holy Ghost is in the process of starting a Youth Group for our Church! There is a registration form in the vestibule of the church to fill out. These youth, from 7th - 12th grade, will be given the opportunity to connect with their faith and community in a special way...while also having a fun and memorable time!
A meeting announcement will be made to help coordinate and plan this important endeavor.
Pumpkin Carving
Halloween is again just around the corner and the catechism class will be getting ready by carving pumpkins! In the past, we had a fun time drawing, scooping out and carving crosses in the pumpkins. The pumpkins seeds were washed and bagged for roasting at home as a healthy snack. The community was able to see the great job the boys and girls did by seeing the lit pumpkins Saturday evenings outside the church steps during Divine Liturgies in October.
Two T's Golf Outing
As a nice way to conclude the catechism classes, a year-end trip was made to Two T's miniature golf. It was a perfect day to enjoy the start of Summer!
